The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base through both provided leads and self-sourced opportunities.

Work on leads provided by the company to identify and secure new business.
Proactively search for new potential clients outside of provided leads.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Deliver occasional presentations to potential clients.
Close deals to contribute to the company’s profit goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the accounting or finance sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Competitive salary plus commission.
