The SEO Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the online presence and visibility of our company’s digital assets in search engines. This role involves implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance to enhance organic traffic and rankings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
- Optimize website content, including text, images, and metadata, for improved search visibility.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building and content marketing.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and generate regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO recommendations into website updates.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the search landscape.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements based on SEO findings and analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and participate in relevant forums, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house projects.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and any SEO tools such as SEMrush/Moz/Ahrefs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HTML and WordPress or any CMS is added advantage
- 2 years of UAE Experience
